What happens if I'm out?Updated a year ago

We know that life’s busy, so we’ve made it super simple for you to still get your tasty meals without being home.

The driver can leave your box in your specified safe place and our boxes are kept freshly frozen until 9pm thanks to our insulating packaging - ready for you to pop in the freezer when you get home.

If you haven't already, we recommend that you download the DPD App. Here you can track your order to your door, leave more detailed delivery instructions, you can even add a photo of your safe place. These will get displayed on the driver’s hand-held device when they scan your box and will be much more visible.
