How long do the meals last?Updated a year ago

Our meals will arrive with a minimum of 3 days on the use by date. If you are planning on eating the meals after this time, please freeze them once they’re delivered to ensure freshness. 

Our meals can be cooked either chilled or frozen.

If you'd like to defrost before cooking, please take your meals out of the freezer the night before consumption and leave in the fridge for up to 24 hours before.
