How do I change how often my box arrives?Updated a year ago

Any changes need to be made 48 hours before your delivery date for them to affect your next order. After this, any changes will be made to the following order instead.

Please note: Your next order date will remain the same when you change how frequently your orders arrive. Your subsequent orders will change to reflect the new delivery frequency you have chosen.

1. Once you have logged into your Prepped Pots account, head over to the 'Subscriptions' section of your account.
2. You will now see your current delivery frequency. Next, click on ‘Manage Subscription’.
3. Click on 'Delivery schedule' box to update your delivery frequency and select from the drop-down arrow your desired frequency and click 'Save'
4. Once you have saved your new delivery frequency, your next delivery does not change but the subsequent delivery dates change to match your new frequency.
